The restaurant offered good service. The resort is in a perfect spot near the marina with a cafe and restaurants. The establishment is secure and very well managed.

We had gorgeous breakfasts with "real" napkins and also hot dishes, and had dinner at the good restaurant on-site. The location was stunning and marvellous and the room was fairly clean.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. The hotel is luxurious, it has stylish rooms and genuinely helpful employees. The location exceptionally nice for Soma Bay district, it is not far from the the Red Sea, and the beach which was n't a problem. A la carte restaurant has outstanding food choices. Good service, the breakfast is delicious and superb.

My stay was excellent by one night. The rooms were spotless and huge with wifi kept by the EXCEPTIONALLY NICE staff. Its location was great, to a beautiful coral reef, and in a beach area. Soma Bay district was worth staying in.

This hotel was fairly clean and reasonably large. Beautifully maintained and fashionable room, a shower and a bath in the room. Very attentive personnel specially the FB manager, very comfy bed. Location really close to Hurghada and Soma Bay and the sea in one direction and the Red Sea mountains in the other and the beautiful "Gary Player" golf course.

The resort is well-maintained with a stunning location close to the sea. The room was immaculately clean and huge, with a large bathroom. The breakfast was served in the restaurant.

Guests taking items from breakfast buffet for lunch (in paper napkins) has the potenial to make the resort feel like a 3-star. The resort should discourage / disallow this. It's cheap on the part of the guests. I recommend guests keep pool towels during their stay / have token system to avoid such a big waste and environmental impact.

Staff, View and relaxation

The location was perfect and the staff was highly qualified and well-trained during the whole stay! The deluxe king room was new-fashioned with a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control.
